This policy covers wpsearchanalytics.com. The site has no accounts, no analytics and no ads, and sets no cookies. The only personal data it collects is what you give when you join the Pro waitlist or email us.

Reading pages
Pages are plain files delivered by Cloudflare. Fonts and images come from wpsearchanalytics.com itself, and no scripts from other companies run on the site. We keep no record of which pages you read.
To deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes your IP address and the usual details your browser sends with each request.
Joining the Pro waitlist
When you join the waitlist, we store:
- your email address;
- the features you picked, and the number of sites you selected, if any;
- when you signed up and when you confirmed.
We use them to send you a confirmation email, to send you one email when Search Analytics Pro launches, and to count which features people want most. They are not used for anything else, and we never sell them or share them for marketing.
Your IP address is used for a moment to limit how many signups can be sent from one connection. It isn’t stored with your signup.
The legal basis is your consent (GDPR article 6(1)(a)), which you give by confirming your email. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in our emails, or by writing to us.
Emailing us
If you email us, we use your address and message to reply, and keep them only as long as the conversation needs.
How long we keep it
- If you don’t confirm your email, your signup is deleted after 30 days.
- If you confirm, it’s kept until you unsubscribe or until we stop running the waitlist, whichever comes first.
- Unsubscribing deletes your email address and your picks straight away. Every email sent to the list has an unsubscribe link.
Who else receives data
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site, runs the code behind the waitlist form and stores the waitlist in a database kept in the EU, as our processor. Cloudflare is based in the United States and is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) sends the confirmation and launch emails, as our processor. It receives your email address and the content of the email, and processes them in the United States. See Resend’s privacy policy.
We don’t sell data or share it with anyone else.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your data, or to correct, delete or restrict it, and you can withdraw your consent. Write to searchanalytics@master-webtools.com.
You can also complain to a data protection authority. In Romania that is the Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (dataprotection.ro). You can also go to the authority in the EU country where you live.
Children
The site doesn’t ask for anyone’s age and collects nothing beyond what’s described above, for visitors of any age.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
